Shipping Instructions

A.    Hong Kong buyers

1.    Shipping  – free or collect shipping as the case may be

A. Orders over HK$100 (based on discounted price), free delivery in Hong Kong*

B. If the order amount is less than HK$100 (calculated at a discounted price), the customer needs to pay $30 for shipping #

C. If you need to send to other regions, please contact our customer service staff first

We will choose the delivery service of SF Express, and customers can choose to deliver to  industrial, commercial or residential addresses ; customers can also choose  SF Express Stations, EF Smart Lockers, and convenience stores (SF Service Points) . When checking out, the customer must fill in the correct recipient information in the "Delivery Address" column on the left side of the page, so that we can arrange delivery and deliver the goods to the place designated by the customer on time.


If customers want to deliver to S.F. Express Station, EF Locker or Convenience Store, please fill in the correct S.F. Express Station/ EF Locker/Convenience Store number and address in the delivery address. Fill in the number first, and then write the exact location. It is recommended to go to the following hyperlinks on the official website of SF Express to check the number and address of the latest pick-up point :

All the products purchased by the customer, if they are not pre-ordered products, will be sent within 1-3 working days after the order confirmation and payment. The delivery service in Hong Kong will be provided by SF Express. The general delivery time is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. The delivery staff will usually call the recipient to arrange collection before delivery. If you need to deliver on a specified date or time, please specify in the "Remarks" before checkout, or call our customer service staff during office hours. If we find that the information is incorrect, we will call the customer before posting to confirm the recipient's information and delivery time.

B. Foreign buyers

Due to the need to declare for import and export in most regions and countries, and there are special requirements and restrictions on products with built-in batteries, the transportation method can only be entrusted to DHL, Fedex or UPS. C. Reshipment

If the product has arrived at the delivery address and no one has signed for it, we can arrange delivery again after the courier company returns the product, but the customer must pay the shipping fee again. If we still cannot contact the customer after the next seven working days, the order will be canceled It will be canceled and no refund will be arranged. Please contact us to reschedule delivery.

D. Other notices

1. Delivery service in Hong Kong is applicable to commercial addresses and residential addresses, PO Box addresses are not accepted.

2. The delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, region or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged separately.

3. After the payment is completed, we will arrange posting within office hours as soon as possible. After the goods are shipped, the email address filled in by the customer will receive an email from the system, informing the customer of the export date and tracking number of the package.

4. The delivery of the goods must be signed for. If no one signs for the delivery of the goods when they are delivered to the receiving address, the customer can request re-delivery, and the cost of arranging re-delivery will be borne by the recipient.

5. Please check the goods when receiving the package. If there is any damage, please reject it directly or ask to return it to the sender.

6. The delivery address of the goods is subject to the address filled in by the customer. We will not be responsible for any delay or loss of delivery due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.

7. If the order includes spot and pre-ordered or out-of-stock products, arrangements will be made for the pre-ordered or out-of-stock items to be shipped together. If the customer requests to send the goods first, we will charge an additional shipping fee of not less than HK$30

8. If the product item or quantity received does not match the order, please call the customer service department within 2 working days after receiving the goods. We will verify the delivery process with the logistics company. If the delivery is lost or damaged by the logistics company, We will pursue compensation with the logistics company. It will be difficult to provide further cooperation for cases that are contacted after the time limit.

9. NexuStyle will contact the customer by email/telephone to arrange re-delivery for the order that fails to be delivered, and a shipping fee of not less than HK$30 will be charged.

10. The delivery arrangement of all orders is subject to the availability of related goods. If we are unable to provide any product or service on your order, we will notify you by phone or email prior to delivery or collection.
